I have had no success with M. Rubida after a few attempts so I tried to found with 3 queens. First died after a month or so. Second died after about 4-5 workers and third has just died with about 15 workers and lots of brood.

Setup was bamboo test tube with connected outworld - room temp (about 22-25 C).

I was wondering has anyone introduced a queen to such a young colony? And does anyone else find them so fickle?
