I believe I found a colony of what I believe is Ponera pennsylvanica under a brick, don't have pics but might add them soon. I have one queen and 3 or 4 workers. No brood. What do you guys suggest for their setup? Right now they are in a test tube with some dirt. They can't climb glass. Suggestions?

Cool. That could really help if I had a Ponera pennsylvanica colony, but sadly I don't :(

Lucky! Ponera usually only have colony around 100.

Species I keep:

1 Lasius cf. Neoniger 30 workers

1 Camponotus sp. 15 workers

20 Tetramorium SpE 30 workers

1 T. Sessile 200 workers

Here is a pic of my setup.

It's made of plaster with some dirt inside. Also it's pretty wet. I also have a top for it with a little thing for air, hopefully this will keep the humidity up. I will try to get some springtime, fruitless, and other insects for food. And aqua 300.

I was going to mention that Ponera will not survive well in test tubes - their tarsi cannot find traction on the smooth glass.  However, it looks like you gave them the right setup anyway. :)

their tarsi cannot find traction

I realize it's evident from context, but it's still always a good idea to provide a short glossary definition when using anatomical lingo, especially to help new users who may bee unfamiliar with the term.

I went an ting today and there were lots of colonies under rocks! Most had multiple queens. I restrained myself to collecting four colonies. One had like 5 queens! They also had eggs but I accidentally dropped them... my original colony moved into a dirt setup a while back, since then they laid a couple eggs.

They eventually died out for various reasons.
