i think it looks more like pheidole but idk what species
To me she looks like either Pheidole bicarinata or Pheidole tysoni. The color of her wings lean me more towards tysoni.

She isn't too big? I have another identification on here that is smaller but looks similar.
P. bicarinata is just about that size, but I'm not sure for tysoni. I have never found a tysoni queen before but I've heard a variety of different sizes from people that have caught them before. Upon first glance her color seems out of the range of variation for bicarinata, but it may just be the photo.
There's also the possibility of her being a Pheidole morrisii queen, but I'm pretty sure those are consistently 8-9 millimeters.
