Hi everyone,

My name is Ian and I'm taking my first steps in the world of ant keeping. I've held a fascination with ants from my childhood, but sadly it's taken until now to decide to learn more and delve into keeping them.

I mostly live in the UK, however, I also have family in Southern Brazil, so I should be able to study and possibly keep some interesting colonies in both countries (my interest peaked after seeing the variations in species out there, and assuming I can convince my wife to feed them when I'm not there).

I don't yet keep any ants, as I want to learn a little more before attempting to keep them.

Cheers,

Ian
