Have any of you seen drones acting like this?

I have seen drones and alates get in balls during day, mid daylight, and fly away at night. Maybe they are doing the same with the beetle, due to the fact he may give them warmth.

Or, the beetle relaeased a mating pheromone and somehow, the males recognize it as an alates. I have seen this, but with only 1 male and a small beetle on a black light.

I hope they can pay their taxi fare though :lol:
