I decided to get a formicarium because I wanted to get one for more space. My colonies are growing quickly. I was wondering if you have any thought where and which one to buy though. I was thinking maybe a mini hearth from tarheelants, orsomething from Aus ants. Any other suggestions? The species they would be for is like medium sized formica.

P.s, pricing can't be over 60 dollars. That's why I though the mini heart would be good.

Thanks for the links Aleeguy! Buckeye looked like they had good nests, but they only had one type. And that was probably too big for the colony I have now.

I'm either getting a formicarium from tarheelants, or antkeeping depot.

Ok. I'm either getting a mini hearth fro tarheelants, or a Acri medium circle from antkeeping depot. When I've made my decision I'll tell you.

Can you get both? Also shipping from Australia is long, so Antkeeping Depot isn’t the best choice for your needs.

I kinda just want one. I don't have a lot of space, even if they are small and could fit. Also my formica colony won't be needing the formicarium I choose for like at least 2 to 3 weeks.

tar heel ants’ whole gimmick is customized formicariums. Just tell him the changes you want. It costs a little extra though.
