Inspired by TechAnt's great journal archive post, this is a list of Formiculture journals but ranked in alphabetical order by genus and species.
I love comparing colonies and journals and thought this would come in handy! It's not finished yet - and it will be updated it every few months

Active journals have been updated in the last year
Ended journals have stopped updating because the colony is deceased, released, sold or otherwise
Inactive journals have not been updated for over a year and the colony's status is unknown

Species:

Acromyrmex:
Aphaenogaster:
Atta:Brachymyrmex:

Crematogaster:
Camponotus:Dorymyrmex:

Formica:Lasius:
Manica:
Messor:Mymercocystus:
Myrmecia:Myrmica:
Pheidole:Pogomyrmex:
Polyrhachis:Solenopsis:Temnothorax:
Tetramorium:

I meant like how are the species specific journals of separate people made like how is the Acromyrmex versicolor journals listed by people. Like Dspdrew, me, giraffe, then Cheeto. Do you get that. Sorry if this sounds weird.

Ah no that's currently random. It's just whoever's journal pops up first in the search results that gets to be at the top haha. I might change users to alphabetical, too

Glad to hear that, was even a bit worried about not asking beforehand! Thanks for that list in the first place!

I'm having some issues opening this thread and it takes a long time to even open the edit screen, probably because the post is several thousands of characters long  . Might cut the index in half and spread it over two replies in the future

Also, Merry Christmas folks

I love this! I'm sorry if I made it seem like my Formica journal is closed- I realized the wording was confusing, so I amended it in an update. Rest assured, my second Formica colony is healthy and I intend to keep updating the journal. Again, that's totally my fault.
