1. Location (on a map) of collection: malta central Mediterranean

2. Date of collection: 17-06-2019
3. Habitat of collection: in a villa’s garden
4. Length (from head to gaster): 6-7mm (see picture)
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: black-brown (see picture)
6. Distinguishing characteristics:
7. Distinguishing behavior: calm
8. Nest description: was working in a pile of gravel and saw it walking so I think I disturbed her nest in the gravel.
Lots of lasius workers in the area. I think niger or alienus
