My Camponotus colonies love crickets, almost as much as they love fruit flies and sugar.

Currently kept species

L. neoniger, P. occidentalis, C. modoc, C. novaeboracensis, C. vicinus, T. immigrans, A. occidentalis, S. molesta, P. imparis, M. kennedyi.

Previously kept species

T. rugatulus, B. depilis.

Looking for

Myrmecocystus pyramicus, Myrmecocystus semirufus, Myrmecocystus testaceus

Pheidole californica, Pheidole creightoni, Pheidole inquilina, Crematogaster coarctata, Crematogaster mutans

My youtube channel.

My Camponotus love their crickets (these are mediterranean crickets of the genus Gryllus).

Btw, if you feed crickets of the genus Acheta make sure to kill them first. Those things are absolute tanks and even Camponotus will have serious trouble taking them down.

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.
