3. Habitat of collection: near wood, in pool
4. Length (from head to gaster):8mm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture:
6. Distinguishing characteristics:
7. Distinguishing behavior:
8. Nest description:

9. Nuptial flight time and date:9/16 mid day

I believe it may be a crematogaster, but it has alot of brown in color. Others in the area are black?

I believe its a parasitic lasius. If it is It will need hosts

Lasius aphidicola. She is a social parasite and will need host workers.
