Ponerine's isopods

Almost done with the tank, looks like the seal is holding up well. I'll move most of my isopods in here soon.

It looks nice! Only problem I see is that the isopods will probably chew through the live plants like a cheese grater. Also, referring back to what I said earlier, hybridization may not be an issue with your isopods, but competition sure will. If you are keeping the species together, just keep an eye on the populations to make sure they don't outcompete each other. 

 

Definitely. I'm hoping there's enough plants to occupy the isopods so they won't destroy any individual group, combined with regular harvesting.

Picked up a lot of juvenile Brackenridgia heroldi. I love these little guys, despite being pretty boring.
