My first Firebrick Formicarium

formicarium firebrick ytong camponotus pennsylvanicus ant nest

My first Firebrick Formicarium

My first formicarium. This is going to hold a Camponotus pennsylvanicus colony. Right now it's just the queen and a few eggs, so it's going to be a while before it can get used. It is the exact width of a Ferrero Rochet box which is going to be the outworld. It is about 1-1.5cm deep, depending on the part of the nest.
