Unknown species , Caught Montreal, Quebec, Canada Mid August 2017

Here is a queen that was found over a month ago. The pics are both recent and from a few weeks ago.

1. Location of collection:
Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

2. Date of collection (more important for ID's of queens):
Caught mid-August

3. Habitat of collection (ie: desert scrub, oak forest, riparian, etc.).
City Sidewalk

4. Length:
Queen: 10mm

5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture:
Very dark and only a hint of a golden sheen on the gasker

6. Distinguishing characteristics:
Winged! Still has them with over a dozen eggs that seem to be growing.
