I will say right now, photos are not the best, but the best I  can do given her size, movement, and lack of proper camera.

I found her last night on my living room floor during a thunderstorm.
Location: Benson, AZ

Size: roughly 8/10 of a mm

She has hairs covering most of her body, and rows of hairs that wrap around her gaster at the ends of the segments.

Body is dark chocolate brown, red head with dark patch, redish brown legs, light bands on the gaster.

Thanks in advanced

Well with a bit of help I was able to narrow the species down to Pheidole... now it is just a matter of figuring out what one.
