Today I caught 6 Myrmecocystus mimicus queens. Including a polygynous two queen colony. I need help knowing what setups they need.

Myrmecocystus do best in dirt set ups where they can dig their chambers properly for the repletes they will eventually get. If you are not able to get formicariums as such, a Tar Heel Ants one with a tall ceiling should work fine (I recommend this brand because he usually makes the nests with a grippy surface coating the entire chamber).

I'm not sure you found a polygynous colony more than two founding chambers close together. I do recommend separating the queens, as even if they were together in the beginning, it usually ends up with one of them being killed off in the long run.
