So I recently purchased an Ants Australia Size 1 Green Acrylic Founding Formicarium. I was planning to move my Camponotus Novaeboracensis colony in to it. (1 or 2 workers and queen.) So how much should I hydrate it in mL?

I would start with adding enough water to entirely wet the sponge.  When you move the colony in, observe their behavior relative to the humidity:  if they are mostly on the side with the sponge, they like it more humid, or if they are on the opposite side, they like less.  Use this information to influence your hydration procedures.

From my experience with similar Camponotus species, they require less humidity than other species (likely because their large size allows them to better retain moisture).
