It's a queen. Make sure to feed it though, as it is definitely not fully claustral. 

This is an absolutely wild guess but maybe it is Odontoponera.

Wow, that is an interesting looking ant. I agree that it would be nice to have a pic from the side, but even from above it does appear to have a queen like thorax.


I accidentally froze all my ants

here's from the side, its gaster tell me it's a major, but its head and thorax tell me it's a queen, idk tho

Looks like a queen to me. I would have guessed Diacamma sp. but she is too small and the head shape looks different so I won't even bother guessing.

I wouldn't say a wild guess. I think it is definitely Odontoponera denticulata.

Well, I've kept odontoponera many times and they seem to like either a small plaster-based container (2x2cm is ok) and high humidity. Feed her a termite every 3 days or so. and have some tinfoil with honey on it. They don't mind sunlight.

To help her, introduce workers, they get along perfectly.
