Hello guys, started hunting queen ants about 2 years ago. Caught 10 or so queens. Had 4 or 5 that made it to 10-20 workers. Then they started to die off one or two workers at a time. Posted on another forum, could not figure out what was killing them. Got really busy, and quit hunting ants. The other day we were at a park and my daughter found a queen. Of course the ant bug has bitten again, anyway posted a thread for an identification.

Welcome! I hope you enjoy your stay here. Seems that you have had some experience with ants, so that it already a good start. Hope to see you on here some time :D

Have had a little experience. Hopefully will be better this time and I will actually be able to raise a colony or two. I enjoy it immensely. Just need to learn a bit more.
