here are some suspected lasius workers about 3 millimeters

The second one is a formica species, but you really need to get better lighting and more photos of both to be sure about the exact species. I don't have much experience with lasius, so can't speak for the first ones, but for a solid ID, we are going to need more pics with more lighting.
