So,I've saw some ant stores that actually sell protein syrup,but I want to know if there's any way to do it home-made.

The vast majority of hobbyists are not capable of developing a sound artificial diet that offers ants the nutrients they need to develop properly and thrive. If your ants normally eat insects and you don't have any way of acquiring them, you probably shouldn't keep that species.

I can,but,at least while i have them in the test tube and they first formicarium,I wanted to have an easier way to give them the protein

erm, as a professor in ant care by binge watching ants Canada videos, if you don't feel like raising feeder insects to feed your ants, let them go. My friends said that 75% percent of the time, they won't except anything artificial so if you're gonna feed them feeder insects eventually, you might as well keep them now.

What I'm saying is that I'm going to have my ants in a test tube 1-3 days when they arrive (they are a small colony I've bought) so giving them insects is harder,I'm not saying I'm not going to keep other insects for feeding,actually I even have an mealworm farm

Their insides are too sticky and dense to go through the syringe

Insect hemolymph is the way to go when it comes to protein.
