The ants in question are Tapinoma sessile. The colony T.C. has shared a photo of seems to be Lasius; L. alienus, perhaps.

nope i think we are all in agreement that they are Tapinoma. thanks for your help Void. i just wanted to make sure my ants were being given the proper care. :)
