Looks like a Ponerine queen. Can't tell what genus, though.

Proverbs 6:6-8 New International Version (NIV)

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
    consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
    no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
    and gathers its food at harvest.

Yeah, I'm not good with Ponerine ants. They all look similar to me, except for the super obvious ones, like Paraponera or Odontomachus.

The higher taxa aren't italicized, only genus and species are.  Additionally, it is always Genus species and not genus Species or genus species.

Ah, found one of these girls have you?

pachycondyla sp, not very aggressive but have a painful sting. Good to see someone from china!

Put them in a box with damp tissue as bedding, they seem to enjoy cricket legs. Keep them above 16 Celsius.
