caught about 2 weeks ago, they were in a testube setup with sand, but was tought to me that they eat dirt, they sad it was neocapritermes

Nice termites, but I can't really get a good ID.

They don't eat dirt. Whoever told you that was misinformed. They will eat anything with cellulose, from cotton to rotting wood.
