Me and my son found this and in my garden a month ago when we were doing some weeding in the garden and she has two workers now and I'm curious what she could be she's 1/4 inch long the workers appear to be a lighter red color and are a 1/16 to 3/32 long very small not the best pictures but it's what I could do

A measuring implement with millimeters/centimeters would be much more helpful, as inches are not precise nor conventional.

Assuming we are talking about the ants in "most recent queen", she looks to be Lasius alienus or a close relative.

If you've enjoyed using my expertise and identifications, please do not create undue ecological risk by releasing your ants. The environment which we keep our pet insects is alien and oftentimes unsanitary, so ensure that wild populations stay safe by giving your ants the best care you can manage for the rest of their lives, as we must do with any other pet.

Exotic ants are for those who think that vibrant diversity is something you need to pay money to see. It is illegal to transport live ants across state lines.
