The odontomachus queen was located on the stairs and was quickly captured by me, they are currently having nuptial flights once again. She is located inside a tarheel mini hearth-type formicarium.

the Buniapone amblyops was found roaming about and was also captured, currently on test tube with black sand

The Buniapone amblyops has laid one egg in her new setup. I have captured two more Buniapone amblyops alates. The odontomachus dealate is fine two of the alates have died.

The dealate is accepting termites, the two Buniapone amblyops queens died leaving me with one.

I recently captured a small colony of leptogenys diminuta, VERY shy like termites and isopods. :)

The odontomachus dealate has unfortunately passed away and sprouted some atomic-level nasty mold.

This leaves me with the Buniapone amblyops dealate

she has one egg and nothing else.

Leo i cannot express how jelly i am because of your queens, I habe always wanted massive ponerines, but all we have here are ponera...good luck!

Proverbs 6:6-8 New International Version (NIV)

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
    consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
    no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
    and gathers its food at harvest.

Well...bigger than ponera at least!
