So I've already made a couple posts like this one, but this time I FINALLY got the pictures to work.

I know this queen is an Aphaenogaster sp., but I can't tell if she's Aphaenogaster fulva or rudis. I found her on a gravel driveway in an oak/pine forest. About 8mm long. Found near Delton, Michigan. Once she gets workers, I'll post a photo of them if she still hasn't been identified.

Once again I apologize for posting this same topic a few times, but the past times the photos wouldn't work.

Sorry to say but, unless we have very close up photos, exact measurements, and a lot of laborious details then there really is no way of iding these things down to the species. I've said that it looks like fulva to me because I kept that species and they look very similar, but I'm not sure. Besides, with Aphaenos, I don't really know why there would be much need to know the exact species. I'd recommend searching the web for pics of the two species and seeing which one it matches the most, this will be very hard though because they are Aphaenogasters, so...

She's pretty close to getting her first round of nanitics. Would the worker help with ID?

generally fulva has workers with longer bodies, so yes.
