There is a massive thunderstorm in my area. If you live in Maryland, be prepares to catch some queens, i.e. Lasius, Brachymyrmex, Ponera, etc...

Proverbs 6:6-8 New International Version (NIV)

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
    consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
    no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
    and gathers its food at harvest.

Oh, Trachymyrmex fly this time of year! Great, there are some colonies of them on my property, that would be cool to raise :D

I accidentally froze all my ants
