Here is a picture of the things he is selling with no warning. I have also bought from him and he doesn't answer questions and doesn't have a care sheet and his explanations on what to feed and how to move and when to move are very vague.

The main problem is this person is selling "rare ants" to kids for 200 bucks. He is selling Prenolepis Imapris queens for $120

As long as they're not being transported across state lines or out of an established quarantine zone who cares, invicta is ubiquitous throughout it's invasive range. I've been a seller on gan for awhile too and most of my customers are younger, but I'd say more like 12-16ish often times young adults in their 20's. I always impress on them the importance of exterminating captive colonies regardless of the species. I personally don't sell invicta because I don't bother collecting them but I don't see the big deal really, at least in the southeast where they're absolutely everywhere. As for high prices, again who cares. In fact that's kind of a good thing, if someone is charging a lot just charge less. Beauty of the free market.
