So I recently caught a Crematogaster minutissima queen two nights ago, and am just now noticing this: the queen is missing her left antenna. Could this queen live on to found a colony and live a healthy life with just one of her antennae or not? If so I will keep her and see how she does, if not, then I will "put her down."

(singular = antenna / plural = antennae)

Yes, as long as she doesn't loose the other she might make it. No guarantees though.

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.

Hmm, really interesting. I did some ant surgery and removed an antenna on accident. I was told the worker won't be able to smell pheromones due the damage and up dying.

If all she is missing is one antenna then she should be okey I had a camponotus queen with one antenna and she was fine had workers and all.
