Just a Tetramorium sp. worker carrying away some other colony's pupa (Formica sp.) for food. You can see the Formica sp. worker frantically circle the Tetramorium worker to no avail.

That could also be a Tetramorium queen larvae, they do fly at this time.

I was also considering that possibility, I tried looking to see if it was a Tetramorium alate, but it didn't have the proper head shape (if that makes any sense)
