SO i picked up this queen that was wandering next to an argentine ant trail. she was caught with wings, and is believed to be dorymyrmex insanus. She was then placed into a test tube, and moved to the dark. I've decided her name will be Rukia.

No need to move queens into darkness unless they're a particularly sensitive or uncommon species. It just stresses them out later on when you expose them to light during maintenance.
