I don't know if this necessarily means the application didn't go through; although I have received identical auto-replies after each one of my applications.

That's what I thought, so I emailed them & received an email very similar to the auto-reply, suggesting that I re-submit my application. This happened a couple days ago, I should probably do it soon...

Dorymyrmex pyramicus does not occur in the U.S.

There are records of D. pyramicus across the US on antmaps.org; however upon further investigation, I've identified them as Dorymrymex bureni.

Any records of D. pyramicus in the U.S. are based on misidentified material. I have brought this situation to the attention of the folks over at antmaps.

You do realize that if you're a GAN farmer, you have to sell exclusively via GAN right?

The purpose of this post is to advertise the colonies we have for sale. People who contact us via Formiculture have been, and will be, automatically directed to GAN.

Thank you for your concern.
