So I've had some eggs that are in my test tube set-up with my Dorymyrmex Bureni queen, and they haven't turned into larvae yet. I know that you have to wait for probably more than 2 weeks, and its already been almost 3 weeks since then. Am i doing something wrong with the humidity in the test tube? Am i not feeding the queen as much? Are they not eggs?

Do you have pictures? Temperature play's a big part on how fast they grow! If you have them in a colder area then you are prolonging each stage. What temperature do you have them at?

Temperature is a thing, also the tiny 1st instar larvae of many species are very hard to tell apart from eggs without a microscope.

We should respect all forms of consciousness. The body is just a vessel, a mere hull.
