1. Location of collection: Hiking trail, lightly wooded area.

2. Date of collection: 4/21/17
3. Habitat of collection: Forrest edge, on hiking trail
4. Length:10-11mm
5. Coloration,:Light amber with dark heads. Gaster appears banded and black on tip
6. Distinguishing characteristics
7. Anything else distinctive
8. Nest description: Dug in to side of dirt mound

do the majors get like 12-14 mm long? found a HUGE one today while hiking, assuming major as I'm not seeing wing scars
