I feel obliged to call out that these ants are not Myrmecina americana. Even if any meaningful characteristics of the ant isn't given your 4th and 5th pictures clearly show a queen, and that queen does not resemble Myrmecina americana.

 

 

 

Those ants in the above pictures are almost definitely Myrmica.
