I am skeptical about the second queen being Solenopsis. Are we sure about the measurements?

If you've enjoyed using my expertise and identifications, please do not create undue ecological risk by releasing your ants. The environment which we keep our pet insects is alien and oftentimes unsanitary, so ensure that wild populations stay safe by giving your ants the best care you can manage for the rest of their lives, as we must do with any other pet.

Exotic ants are for those who think that vibrant diversity is something you need to pay money to see. It is illegal to transport live ants across state lines.

Ok. I can't really do a thorough identification of this queen, but the shape of the head and petiole configuration only reminds me of Monomorium pharoensis, which would probably max out at 5mm. I am confident that this queen is not Solenopsis, but without a more comprehensive set of photographs, I won't be able to use a key to narrow the possibilities down. Check out images from Antweb for inspiration for useful angles. The shape of antennal segments and the head, near the mandibles, will be important focal points.
