January 23 2017 - a little over a week out of hibernation and all three queens have laid eggs.

MIne are wierd. One already has pupae and everyone else only has small larvae except for 1 without anything

I have 1 queen with a small cluster of larve, the rest have nothing.

February 11 2017 - All three are doing very well. This is my first time seeing pupae without cocoons.

                               They are growing very fast, and they really love the heating cable.

February 20 2017 - Four new workers have eclosed, and a few more are close. The other queen has two workers eclosed.
