To make this the most fair, this is how I determined to proceed.

I think the best option is a drawing.

Pick a number between 1-100 closest gets first pick and so on. I will end it on Wednesday the 23. You MUST be in the LA Area to pick it up from me. No shipping.

No and I don't think it makes a difference, The number being chosen is completely random so its up to you

In all seriousness, I'd suggest restarting the raffle and requiring people to PM you their numbers. You'll really be putting people who choose first at a disadvantage otherwise. Your ants, your call, though.
