1. Location of collection:  Lake of the Woods, California.
2. Date of collection:  4-12-2014.
3. Habitat of collection:  Chaparral/Pine Forest.
4. Length (from head to gaster):  11mm.
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture:  Dark red/black head, mesonotum and pronotum redish-brown, propodeum, mesopleuron, legs and gaster orangish-yellow.
6. Distinguishing characteristics:  
7. Anything else distinctive: 
8. Nest description: Nest in the ground with small mound.
