Actually termites love pine and other conifers since it's softwood.
Novomessor cockerelli (2), Brachymyrmex patagonicus (1), Veromessor pergandei (1?), Dorymyrmex bureni (1)

I've had bad luck with pine and insects in the past so I just avoid it. Some things do fine...some don't.
