I caught this colony on 4-20-15 by digging it up it has around 30 workers 4 pupae and a nice bunch of eggs.

I have never seen a small colony of Tetramorium like this before. I often find queens, and then very large colonies. The in-between period seems to be impossible to find. Apparently it's possible!

Yea I couldn't get all the brood that's why they only have 4 larvae.

Update 5-9-15

They have been steadily growing, most of the eggs are larvae now.
They also modified the entrance.
