Is concrete safe for formicarium?

People say cement isn't 100% safe. How about concrete?

I found plaster online but I don't want to wait 100000 years of shipping

Regular concrete is a terrible formicarium building material as it is fairly water resistant. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) on the other hand is an amazing formicarium material. Maybe grout (another good material) is easier to find in the Philippines.
