Is it unusual for ants to have nubtial flight long after their main one?

I'm a little bit confused, I caught a Camponoutus sp. queen today, but its long after its nubtial flights.

This is pretty normal behavior. Most ant species have more than 1 nuptial flight in each season.

I had a flight of unknown camponotus at school in late october. Caught 7 queens, all were fertile, so i'm guessing it's pretty normal.
