I would be grateful for identification. My guess is a parasitic Lasius, perhaps Lasius umbratus?
 
Location of collection: Czech Republic
Date of collection: July 19rd 2019
Habitat of collection: park on city edge
Length: 9 mm
Coloration: black with brown underside.

It's a claustral founding Lasius species, this excludes Lasius umbratus. Your exposure is not optimal, maybe you can compare your queen to queens on this image:

My guess would be Lasius emarginatus, since they can fly right now and your queen doesn't look too yellowish to be Lasius flavus + this species often starts flying not before August in Central Europe.

 

EDIT: If I just look at the image from the top it could also just be Lasius cf. niger...

That picture is what lead me to believe it's Lasius umbratus. Her long pointed gaster doesn't look to me like Lasius niger or emarginatus. What about neglectus?

What does "cf." stand for in "Lasius cf. niger"?
