Usually it’s near impossible to ID without pictures, but you should definitely check out Tetramoroum immigrans as a possibility for this queen. Go to the full post

1. Location (on a map) of collection: Indiana Country:Marion county

2. Date of collection: June 18 2019
3. Habitat of collection: somehow in my own house
4. Length (from head to gaster): 1.30cm
5. Color, hue, pattern and texture: black with hints of brown on legs and antenna
6. Distinguishing characteristics: it has 2 petiole and the gaster is somewhat rectangular
7. Distinguishing behavior: it seems very calm
8. Nest description: unknown

9. Nuptial flight time and date: June 18 2019 (maybe but there were plenty of alates but unfortunately they all died except one)

I look at the images of the Tetramoroum immigrans and I found one that looks exactly like her

Be careful of the pictures. I looked up linepithma humile and got weaver ants.
