nuptial flights in northern Washington

Hello all,

Mods please move this if in the wrong place.

I live in northern Washington and recently I stumbled across this forum. I've become fascinated with keeping ants I've already got my test tubes and will hopefully be on my way to catching ants. Anyone have experience catching queens in Washington? Somewhere I read most species have flights around aril to september is this correct? I know I need to do some more research but any help you all could provide me would be much appreciated!

BTW I'm sure you guys get this question alot!

That is correct. Lots of camponotus and tetramoriums flew last week. We are tracking further flights on the discord
