Do you think this is a queen or just a male?

1. Location of collection: Maryland

2. Date of collection: 5/25/19
3. Habitat of collection: In the back seat of a truck  :lol: Near a barn and hay shed
4. Length: 8mm
5. Coloration, hue, pattern and texture: Black with a lot of white hairs on thorax
6. Distinguishing characteristics: Lots of white hairs on thorax
7. Anything else distinctive: Very chill didn't try to fly away or run away
8. Nest description: N/A

9. Nuptial flight time and date: Probably today

If I am not mistaken, this is not in fact an ant, but a solitary ground-nesting bee. I think they’re pretty friendly.
