Recently I began a quest, the object of this search was the ever elusive chicken of the woods. Over hill and dale, up steep mtns and down sheer canyons, I looked high and low. Until, there it was, the object of my quest,  A Chicken of the woods.  Both of us tired from the chase, we rested until it was time to gather up my quarry.

Ohh so tasty.

Sauted in butter with onion and peppers, then made in to a quesadilla with cheese.
