You should hibernate them for at least 2 weeks for them to become active again.

 

I may just try and do that now that I can get here for support! You think 2 weeks would do it?

Ideally, they would have just come out of hibernation/been out of hibernation for a couple of weeks, but this is the best you can do for now

Most likely, but I would think more (like a month or more) would be healthier. Although it is close to spring......

Give them some hibernation time, and take them out when the pharaoh Camponotus come out

The one worker in the top pic (the left one) has all eggs, but the middle has a lot of larvae (based on the coloration of the center and the curve on some of them)! Nice job!

Cool. I sold my very best C. chromaiodes queen to my buddy, and she just laid a crap ton of eggs, too.
Note to self, don’t sell off all your best Camponotus queens next year.

Those larvae are from last season. Nice job on the eggs tho.

 

I'm not one to argue with you but I didn't see any of them the whole time. About how old size wise would you say they are. Now my castaneus have had larvae since last year but these I think are newer.
