She's about 3-4 mm, I'm just curious as I seem to have a huge number of different nests along my driveway.  I'm thinking either aphaenogaster or tetramorium, but I'm not good enough with id to say one way or the other.

My current colonies:

1x 4 queen Myrmica colony, roughly 30 workers

1x 3 queen Myrmica colony, roughly 20 workers

2x Tetramorium Immigrans colony, one with probably 500 workers and the second has around 200

1x Pogonomyrmex Occidentalis colony from THA, about 40 workers

Tetramorium immigrans, Aphaenogaster are usually larger and generally not an urban species.

This is not Tetramorium immigrans. If I had to guess based off of those photos, I would say Myrmica sp. or something along those lines. I need better photos to be able to help you better.

Currently Keeping:
Trachymyrmex septentrionalis

Pheidole pilifera

Forelius sp. (Monogynous, bicolored) "Midwestern Forelius"
Crematogaster cerasi

Pheidole bicarinata

Aphaenogaster rudis

Camponotus chromaiodes

Formica sp. (microgena species)

Nylanderia cf. arenivega

My sister will be up to visit in a few days, I'll ask her to bring her camera; it's a lot better than mine.

I second this. Myrmica was my first thought when I saw it.

I think I just used all of my good luck.  I went back out to get better pictures and found what I'm pretty sure are 3 queens, I'm guessing they were moving to a new nest?  Anyways, I collected the queens and as many workers as I could, no luck getting any brood though.  Grabbed my sis's camera and took pictures as best I could, they've been added to the album titled as "colony collection".
